Credit and Grade Transfer
The commission decisions made on 25.06.2015 are as follows;
1.Credit and grade transfer petitions must be submitted only until the end of the 2nd week of the fall semester of the academic year. In the next 2 weeks, the petitions will be evaluated and the results will be announced. There is a 1 week appeal period after the results.
2.The required documents together with the exemption petition;
1.DGS Transfer Exam)students will be exempted only in 1st and 2nd grade courses. Apart from this, only university joint courses can be exempted from upper classes.
2.If the content of the two courses taken before corresponds to the single course in our department, it is reflected in the transcript based on the weighted average of these two courses.
3.Each student can request an exemption once for a course.
4.For those who have double-major program (DMP), the application process for the elective courses from the compulsory courses and technical elective courses in our department has been made. Students who are registered with DMP do not need to submit a petition because they are adjusted.
5.Grade transfer of new students is done for all courses. Grade transfer is done in the courses that are requested by the former students (2015 and earlier).
6.The credit and note transfer form must be completed on the computer. A copy of the form is attached to this commission decision.
